- Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
We want you to be happy with what you receive. If something arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, we will make it right.
Eligible Returns
You can only request a return or replacement if:
- The product arrives damaged
- The wrong item was delivered
- There is a printing or manufacturing issue
We do not accept returns for change of mind, design preference, or size/colour variations unless there is a genuine issue.
How do refunds work with Coco Bono?
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Refunds will go back to your original payment method.
- Refund processing takes 5 to 7 working days.
